If we can not verify the billing address, zip code, CVV2 (security code) number and Expiration date with the credit card company, we will not ship the order.
Orders problems are normally due to faulty information (typos) on the order form. Typos are easy to correct, send us an email with the correct info or call us with the corrections.
If we notice a typo on the web site; Wrong size or wrong price…….We will send you an Email asking you if you want the order at the right size and price. If you do not respond to this email, we will cancel your order.
If we encounter a problem we will send you an email notifying you of the problem.

As time permits we will attempt to call you, but most of the time we rely on e-mail. If we do not hear back from you, then we put the order on HOLD, until we do hear from you.
If you want your order shipped to "other than your credit card billing address," that's fine. However you need to fill in your credit card billing address (the address where the credit card bill arrives so you can make a payment) on the TOP Part of the order form. Then complete the SHIP TO address at the bottom of the form. Expect that someone will have to be home to sign for your package when the Ship To address is not the billing address.

For Master Card, Discover and Visa the CVV2 (security) code is the last 3 digits on the
back where you sign your name.
We use the FedEx, and the USPS web sites to ship orders. If your address is not valid with either the FedEx or the USPS web sites we can not ship because we can’t print a shipping label.
